Fun with a Pen
The little man decided to make an ordinary trip to the potty extraordinary. Apparently there was a pen available and he helped himself. Leo heard him go into the bathroom and later realized he was taking quite a long time. When he found him, little man was attempting to cover up the crime with various decorative items on the counters. Unfortunately, the drawing was all over the sink (inside and on the counter top), on the back of the door, down the door jam and on my do-not-use-this-towel-its-for-decoration-only towel. Did I mention this happened at 1 a.m.? Five year olds sure are fun!

Happy St. Patty's Day!
We Angeles are always looking for an excuse to have friends over and buy new clothes. St. Patrick's Day is our excuse this time. Leo and I made a traditional Irish meal and donned new green shirts for yet another cheesy family photo op. I think the kids save the picture though, don't you? Happy St. Patty's Day all!!

Six Months Old!
Lindsay was 6 months old on Saturday the 7th, and the time is flying by way too quickly. Yesterday she had her 6 mo wellcheck at the dr whick entailed 4 shots. She was a bit fussy the rest of the day but has decided that she sit up on her own now. She still wobbles here and there, but is doing so good. We also tried some cereal again and it went lots better. She even tried to help me with the spoon. Our little baby is growing, growing.

Playing Together
Leo has been loving and sweet to his baby sister since he first saw her in the hospital. Now that Lindsay is getting bigger and lots more interactive, he can play with her too. He loves to give her toys to play with and she cheers him on when he's coloring after school. It's nice for me too, they keep each other entertained, at least for a few minutes!

It's Soccer Time
Leo had his first soccer game of the Spring 2009 season yesterday. What a difference a year makes. He wasn't known for his soccer skills last season, just for wondering when snack time was and skipping down the field all by himself. Yesterday he was running, kicking, and having a grand time. He even scored two goals (okay, he got his directions mixed up and they were for the opposing team, but he's getting the idea). The only problem we had yesterday was the gale force winds. Poor Lindsay had to be completely covered up, but the little man loved it. By the way, the camera that my awesome husband got for me rocks in action mode!

A Tale of Two Sick Kids
Well, I haven't posted because we've been busy with illness in the Angele household. I had pink eye in both eyes then the little man developed pnuemonia which irritated his asthma. He's been on all kinds of meds that have him a bit hyped up. Lindsay has yet another ear infection and is on her third round of antibiotics in the last 30 days. Unfortunately, she is coughing to the point of choking so we're back to the doc in the a.m. We're going to be filling our flower beds with lots of pretty plants and Leo starts soccer this Sat so I should have some more positive posts and pics to follow. Hope all of you are well!!
