Father's Day

It was kid's night and Leo got a glove for free!

Our little man caught a ball from one of the players warming up!

My two Leo's

I know.....its been a month since Father's Day. Gimme a break, I've been really busy! So, for Father's Day, the little man and I took Leo to a baseball game for our local team. No, Lindsay wasn't part of it, it was past her bedtime and it would've been a bit less enjoyable with the crying and screaming. We sat on the grass behind the warm up area and the little man caught a ball thrown by one of the players!! (Dad helped a little.) We had a great time complete with popcorn and $3 candy!

Green Sand

We have one of those little turtle sandboxes for the kids to play in. I thought it would be great fun for them and an extra activity to keep them busy. It was, in fact, great fun for them and they would stay busy playing for quite some time. Unfortunately, neither one could ever remember even the simplest of rules (no dumping a bucket of sand on your sister's head) and so the sand is gone. After one two many showers of multiple hair washings to remove sand and ending up with a very red little scalp, the sand box is now a water box. I think they have almost as much fun having an extra "pool".

Later this same day the sand was aimed more on top of Lindsay's head. Which brought
us to said removal of sand.

First and Last

First Day of Kindergarten

Wow. I hadn't looked at Leo's first day of school pics until I thought about doing this blog post. The difference is amazing. He looks so much like a baby to me in his first day of school pictures and like such a little man in the last day of school photos. Again, with the tears.....
